Toolbars have vanished from top of page just home symbol star for favourites and tool symbol any ideas

Lost toolbars

Help please. I`ve lost all my toolbars. i had 2 which I used. I`ve pressed F11, but the only brings up 1 of them. Any help would be apreciated. I`m quite a novice & thick so keep it simple PLEASE.

Toolbars on My Documents

When I open up My Documents on my computer I seem to have lost the bits at the top i.e. toolbars, etc. I cannot click on File - Toolbars because this is missing. How do I get them back. Thanks
