Camcorder with good stills function.

Does anyone know of a good palm held camcorder that also has a good stills function? Ive just bought (and returned) a panasonic SDR-S70 which was next to useless as far as stills go, and the video wasnt up to much either! Because of what ill be using it for I dont want to spend to much... £150ish.

The experts might think it's cr@p but I have a Samsung HD and it's brilliant, both video and photos. Excellent quality and all I take on holiday (where I like to photo land/seascapes not just holiday snaps).

It's a VP-HMX10. I've had it a couple of years so I'm sure there's an update/newer version.
