Re-Sizing Screen

Sometimes I receive an Email & the message goes off the page to the right side & so I have to guess the text, is it possible to re-size the screen as & when it needs adjustment ?

Also, if you hold down Ctrl and roll forward the wheel on the mouse to enlarge as much as you like, and roll wheel in reverse to minimise.

Resizing the screen of the email by dragging edges is a good place to start first .. so the whole frame is visible within the display boundaries.
