No Attachments on BT Broadband

Whenever someone sends me an email I don't have any photos, they just say the number of the jpg. How can I get all the photos to automatically open, when I read the email ? Easy answers please if I have to do anything !

I don't think you can - for me (and I'm on the same provider) I have to scroll to the bottom of the email and click on each .jpg to open them.
