I've got a Samsung touch screen mobile phone, and wondered what I can use to clean the face of it?

Agreed, Hollowrock.

A micro-fibre cloth (of the sort sold by opticians or, cheaper, in 'discount shops') should do the job. If necessary, lightly dampening the cloth (not soaking it!) will get ant stubborn dirt off.
