As I can see there's a large gap that exists between the growth in IT and the amount of information that reaches to the general public.Most of them are unaware of their usages for eg.booking a ticket online,mailing service etc.
I would like to make a video tutorial explaining some basics,that might come handy at times.
As this is just a beginning for me,I want some suggestions from you guys,like,the topics(rare ones)I can really work on.
Please help me out!

There are already many places people can go if they want to learn basic IT - their local college, their library, learndirect centres - most of them free. There are books and manuals for silver surfers - and so on. You would need to decide if there is a need in the market for a video - to me an on-line tutorial would be more useful - you can't watch a video and practice on your computer at the same time, IMO.
