Maltose Syrup for brewing

My dad's a keen home-brewer & needs to get hold of some Maltose Syrup... none of the brewing shops online seem to sell it, except by the lorry-load... can anyone help?  Thanks x

Pretty sure I've seen little tubs of maltose syrup in chinese supermarkets.

When my late father was brewing beer at home he used to by tubs of malt from the local agricultural supplier. It wasnt a syrup though - I think he added sugar seperately. If you live in the country you could ask in your local farmers co-operative for it.
