The vast majority of car radios (irrespective of make) seem to use the same method of storing stations, so this has got to be worth a try:
Tune to a station you want to store. Press and HOLD the button which you want associate with that station. You usually need to keep the button pressed for between 3 and 5 seconds. With some radios you hear a beep when the station has been stored. With others you might find that the radio briefly goes silent, before the required station reappears.
