Any way to download a ringtone to a Nokia 6080 ?

Hi,
Trying to set up a new ringtone to a friend's Nokia 6080. Downloaded the .mp3 to a PC but can't find a USB cable that'll fit the phone. There's no bluetooth connectivity so can't download it to my Sony to send to the Nokia - or is there some other way (other than WAP) ? Unless I can just text the file ....(?)
Any suggestions appreciated, thanks.
