Romanian translation...

I am looking for someone who would be able to translate a very small piece of text for me from Romanian to English. It has been typed out from a had written note so may not be perfect. If anyone can help please let me know. Thanks in advance :-)

Thanks - I have tried this along with other online translators and it doesn't make any sense - think I need a real life "human" to work it out for me!
