Free repair for error message Code 80072EFE

Can anyone tell me how to repair the error code 80072EFE on my laptop, I have found so called repairs on the internet but when I download the software and run it on my laptop I find I can only get the repair by going to the website and paying.

Be wary of any program that says it will fix errors, some of these programs will say they will fix anything just to get your money. I bet when people DO pay out the money the programs does NOT fix it.

Generally any Microsoft web page with a solution can be trusted.
