Desktop orientation changed?

My desktop has suddenly changed from landscape to portrait and I can't seem to get it back! Can anyone tell me how to do it? It can't be that difficult but I can't find it in the help menu at all. I'm on windows 7.

CTRL + shift and the arrow keys :)

(It might be CTRL + ALT and the arrow keys, I can never remember, but it's one of those :))

i tried that on mine, but it doesnt work...how do i turn the screen to portrait?
