Ebay - loggin in and password not working

I have been an ebayer user for years and now all of a sudden its not recognising my user name or password. I have tried again and again and even asked them to send me a reminder of both my user id and password to email. I have received nothing. I emailed ebay and still no response. I am beginning to get very nervous!

Has anyone had anything similar happen to them?

Did you have the capital lock on? Or the number lock?

I've had spoof Ebay emails, which ask you to log on via their link. if you may have done this, I think you may have a problem..

Have you got anything listed at the moment?
Can you get in to your paypal account? If so, change the password NOW.

Check to see you don't have listings on your id which you didn't put there.

thanks everyone. Definately didnt access ebay through a spoof email. Numbers lock wasn't a problem. I have just reported my account to ebay as being tampered with. Am so nervous. I also though I had put my anti virus on when I got my laptop 2 months ago but I hadn't!!!!!
