Signing in to Virgin Media.

For the last two days when I sign in to Broadband with the above, the email address window shows in blue instead of the usual yellow and the part that shows your password is blank when it usually has dots to save typeing it in every time. How can I put this right please so that I don`t have to keep putting in my password? TIA
