Hi, youtube has always played ok in the past then it started stopping and starting. I upgraded to AOL's 8mb service but its still having the same problem.

It could just be youtube that's slow. It's a very popular site.

Try accessing it at Saturday morning, 2am, and see if it's any faster. It probably is.

Just pause the video once it starts playing, then press play once it's completed downloading.
