As an ex-ethical hacker i used to test websites for security. Its very easiy for a person with experience to get into your my space.
I will not include any software here but it is freely available on the internet.

im sure that this doesnt apply to crossroads but downloading and using software is not hacking. it is downloading and using software

if you want to hack myspace with all the crap they let you put on your pages then im guessing some kind of buffer overflow would be a nice way to start.
