Is there a body in the UK who regulates websites? Who do you complain to if a website breaches Data Protection or Privacy legislation?

All breaches of the DPA are dealt with by the Information Commissioner http://www.ico.gov.uk/

If a website has your information and is using it in a way that is causing you harm, you can issue a Section 10 notice, demanding they stop processing. http://www.ico.gov.uk/Home/what_we_cover/data_ protection/your_rights/preventing_processing_o f_information.aspx
