Spybot Search & Destroy

Just run Spybot, and it's found 7 'problems'. All seem to be windows security files, except for one set in Comload.

I don't want to destroy anything that could have a negative effect on my pc - what should I do????

Just delete the problems, Spybot has the option button to recover these files if it causes a problem. Ive never had it delete something important.
