Videoplus use on Sky

I've seen all Sky programmes have videoplus codes, which equipment will they work on, just Sky Plus, all Sky or even cable? And what if you have freeview and tried to use one on say ITV2? I have cable and it has its own system so have never tried.

You dont need to use Video+ on Sky+

You just click on the program on the EPG and press record.

It does the rest.

OK, that's eliminated. So what do videoplus numbers on Sky work with, I very much doubt they'll work on either cable or freeview but am prepared to be surprised.
