Hi,

Dont know if anybody can help but we have just got a new PC, none of the USB ports seem to be working. It says they are enabled on the BIOS and the hardware manager. Any ideas?

What are you trying them with? If you have a flash drive or similar with an LED that lights up when connected, then try that and see if you get any power. Where's it from?
Generally, the rear usb ports are built into the motherboard, and should definately work, but the front usb, if present, have to be connected internally first, and this may not have been done.

Check the rear ones first, if they don't work with more than one usb device, then contact the place you bought it from.
