Lots Of Data Downloads

Had a txt off Tesco mobile saying I was almost out of my monthly data usage. I have never used up data limit before. Checking my usage via my account there is data being used up, up to 10+ times a day starting early
hours 1am etc. I was advised to disable mobile data on my iPhone 4
Any info in what can be using up this data. I have not downloaded any new apps. In fact I have deleted a few. My phones running 7.1.2 update I think.

download a anti virus app for your mobile avira /avast. theres many, there is a trojan app going round which andriod mobiles as susceptible to, it comes on mine but avira lets me know and i can press delete, this app get on my android even though i have the setting allow this device to download from unknown souses "unticked",
