After all that try a scan with Malwarebytes with your pc in 'safe mode'.

I think you'll have to adopt SlackAlice's suggestion because some Malware can only be removed with Windows loaded in Safe Mode.

You could try un-installing and then re-installing Firefox. However, make a note of Add-ons (Plugins and Extensions); just in case any get lost in the process and need to be downloaded again.
