Having A Problem With Server To Ntlworld.
I keep getting a message saying cannot connect to server or username and password incorrect. I have checked all my settings and password etc. and all are ok. Can anyone help, or is anyone else have a problem? I am lost without my email!

Something you can try straight away...
Unplug all the phone connections (including Skybox) in the house exept the 'master' socket then try each broadband filter unit in turn, to see if some work and some don't.
When you ring up ntl to report a fault, this will be one of the first things they suggest you try, so it saves time to DIY that bit.
