this keeps coming up if i clck yes it goes but just cmes back if i click the X it does the same goes and comes back

We are going to need more than that to help. What are you doing at the time when it comes up? What application are you using? Is it on a website?

However system error messages are sometimes generated by the presence of malware. (Download, install and run the free version of Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware: http://www.malwarebytes.org/products/malwarebytes_free/ )

Alternatively, running System Restore (to take your computer's registry back to a date before the problem first arose) is likely to fix the problem.
