I've just registered with a large garden supplies website and when I went to log on this message came up..

Is it anything to worry about? I don't shop on the internet very often, I'm a bit paranoid. :)

Yay ..I've finished the cardi and am wearing it ! The sewing up isn't perfect as I'm so ham fisted but a blind man would be glad to see it as my Mum used to say .Lovely and warm too . I think I'll knit some leg warmers next and if it gets much colder I might knit a onesie ..lol.
At least Mr N is cooking Neti .Mr S can't cook his way out of a paper bag .
His repertoire consists of anything out of a tin ,toast ,boiled eggs or egg and bacon .
We're having zigeuner schnitzel tonight with potato salad .
What is zigeuner? Think I'll call round Shaney.
Lol..it's just your usual schnitzel but with a sauce made from green and red peppers ,onions, mushrooms and paprika slung over it .Zigeuner is German for gypsy .
Oooh Mr N would like that!!
Have to admit Mr N has his uses, dinner was delicious, he doctored up the left over thai curry and rice and added s/s chicken with veg, I loved it!
Neti, remember to take the pins out before you cook the spud.
The rain has stopped temporarily and the dogs are happy. We had dinner(marks barbecue pork shoulder,me and dogfood and chicken, them) and are relaxing.
Waldorf dinner was okay, carpaccio, pumpkin ravioli with basil leaves, and a glass of prosecco; table of six Japanese (or something) next to us, all communing with their iphones between courses, their faces lit up a pale blue. We got well rained on coming and going, though.

peers through the gloom
Morning all....wet, wet, wet...what a shame for the bank holiday, I don't think anyone moved around here yesterday, even the birds didn't bother to visit.

Oh well done shaney, a project finished. I still haven't done mine, I really must get a round tuit.

There must have been a few sewing machines involved in that production jno...but at least the lampshade headgear could be recycled afterwards.
once again i posted and it vanished.
Shughy woke me at 6.30 this morning to complain about the rain. Not sure what he expects me to do about it.
Morning all
Another soggy day .Wasn't it awful yesterday and I was pacing in sympathy with your woofer Woofy .It was hammering on the windows last night ,drove me doolally tap. I had a rotten night .
However I dragged myself out of bed early and went to the bakery with my bro and I've just had a toasted teacake..lots of butter and jam and a cuppa Lovely ..
Hope you're all ok .
Food deffo helps Shaney. We have just had a really early lunch, pizza for me, chicken for the dogs. We may now get some sleep.
peers through the heat haze Good day to you all.

We are red alert for fires today so defo no bbq's allowed, have to admit it is jolly hot, could tell immediately at 8.30am when it is usually quite fresh.

Poor Mr N he stayed in hija's room til 10.30 as he knows I like to clean the house etc; and he did drill the holes that I wanted! ahh bless, so now have a blind on the terrace sdo the neighbours cannot see me naked in my bed before I shut the shutters. They have to climb onto their high bit to see me, but it has been known.
goodness, did they sell tickets?
Plea from dubia, what are those little wooden sticks called for stirring coffee, I have no idea?
Good afternoon all. Had a relaxing morning at Tai Chi then lunch. Almost back to normal. Going to see The Rams tonight in a cup match.
Haven't heard from Steady so he must be feeling better!
Ooh Neti hope nobody sees me floating around me bedroom in the nuddy! I'd be so embarrassed!
Cuppa tea time now. Laters gaters!
Well I do float around the pool in the nuddy but do try to be discreet, but if they want to look, well. When I'm lolling on the bed in the nuddy, it's not a pretty sight, so I am doing it to spare their feelings and to save them having to climb on their high bit!!

Mr N has made chilli con carne for tonight, could get used to this. He stayed away for a few hours, doing a small bit of work and collecting monies owed. So having managed to wash out bedding, it had dried so I ironed all that and put it away, cleared out the freezer, and polished my silver and brass, then took rubbish to the tip, came back with a blowup sit on thing for the pool, but having tried it, I feel decidedly wobbly so it's going back to the tip!

bup stop hahahahaha. Rain has stopped here and forecast is for a dry tomorrow. One of the things I like about this house is that we are not overlooked much, only if people really try. As I haven't recently heard any screams of "My eyes my eyes I'm blinded" I guess no one is trying!
