Hotmail account blocked! Now what?

Good morning everyone! For some reason my main hotmail account has been blocked. On the page that comes up to tell me this, there is a "continue" button which leads to a new window which says a code will be sent to my account s** ......msn.com. I don't posess such an account and there is no way in which I can enter my true alternative account, so they can send it to the right one. I have tried for hours to find a way to get to customer services, but all I can find is private companies who offer to sort out your hotmail problems ... at a charge! This is a free account and I don't want to be going to any private company to sort this out as I don't trust any of them. Can anyone give me some advice on how I can get to customer services for hotmail directly please? Many thanks!

Thanks rc! I did eventually get it sorted. Just wish they would not make it so difficult to find help.
