Saving internet (e.g. YouTube)videos on my pc for future watching offline.

How can I do this please?

Search for a program that will sit in your browser bar, I can't remember the name of it but will let you know when my son gets in.

Thanks for the help/info. All works well especially if it is 'mp4'. However, some are '.flv' extension. Where the whole file has downloaded I have converted to mp4 using Format Factory, but in some cases I have only downloaded (say) 1.7MB out of something in excess of 15mb. Does this simply mean 'tuff', and nocando?

Posting this again, in the hopes that those who might know the answer to number 5 might be home from work now! Sorry, but someone has to be retired - might as well be me!
You will have to download video song by the use of a video downloader site so you can view it at any time.
