Ipad2 and BBC listen live

Cannot get ipad2 to Listen Live to Radio 4. Just reverts to iplayer home page and invites us to install app. Then it agrees app already installed! Thanks

I had trouble with BBC iPlayer app a while ago, I deleted it from the iPad, then reinstalled, seemed to do the trick.

Thank you for your help, rockyracoon. As you suggested we have deleted and reinstalled iplayer from the iPad - but it still doesn't work for my friend. They'll take it back to the store they bought it from and ask them for advice. Thank you again.
