Has VM gone up the spout tonight ?

(London/SE area).
I have backup - that's how I'm still able to connect.
It's quite telling that I've been on hold for about 1/2 hr so far - thank god for speakerphone !

..it's ok, its just VM being c***s - (I finally got through to them).
