Facebook profile/home page

On my profile page i have my name then another name in brackets, is there a way putting this onto to my home page as my home page just has my name on it without the name in brackets too, TIA.

It's not unusual as I have too, and never understood why.

Just looked at FAQ on Facebook, tried to change but does not work, strange how some people manage to do what they want with names!?

The previous name in brackets just means you've entered an alternative name in your account settings under the name options (normally used for a maiden name)

If you want it to show everywhere then just remove the alternative name and change your main name entry to read firstname lastname (other name)

Why do you need it on your home page, as you obviously know who you are and what your previous name was! It's on your profile to help people identify if you are the person they are looking for or not.
