Having a problem with instalation. It can't find the Wireless connection. It's driving us MAD. Any help please?

It's found the hub, but when we put the SS ID in nothing happens.

Count - we've done it now. There were 2 numbers on our home-hub and I was using the wrong one. What a wally! Sorry to trouble you, but thanks for helping.
