Try going to http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam.php and download the free version. Run a full system scan on your PC and hopefully that should sort any nasties you might have.
I second squarebears advice. Make sure you run the update process after installing.
Question Author
it wont let me do a thing with it though,
Did you download malwarebytes and install it?
Are you posting this on another PC?
Download the program onto a USB stick and plug that into the infected computer.
Question Author
yeh on another pc, oh gawd wish i had a usb stick, how much are they as opposed to getting someone in?
About a fiver from Argos. Don't call anyone in yet.
Are you able to get on the internet from the infected PC?
Question Author
no nothing atall except those 2 horrid pages but they come on their own
Hold in you on/off button on your PC for a few seconds until it turns off. Then unplug it for a minute then turn it back on. While it is turning on keep tapping the F8 button at the top of the keyboard. A screen will come up showing different options. Choose System Restore and press enter. Then download what squarebear suggested and run a scan.
Ok in that case, download the free program to teh PC you are using now.
Then you will need to buy or borrow a USB memory stick from someone and copy the program on there.
Plug the USB stick into the infected PC and run the "full system scan". Hopefully all should be ok.

wow just off upstairs to try that tyty, will let u know
You may be able to do more if you boot into "safe mode".
But for now try the malware scan recommended. I used it recently on my woman's PC (amongst other scans) and I think I finally cleared her malware infection (and the rest).
Problem being if you left an opening for one rogue software, there may be more lurking. In some ways one that is obvious is better than just having those who sit there unnoticed.
Hi lushlar,

If you cant download any free anti virus software, as you say, it wont let you do anything, then i would take in/ call in a professional PC repairer ( there should be plenty about in your local high street or in yellow pages )....charge for repair of PC including all other checks should be no more than £35 and the virus will be completely eliminated. ASk first for a quote and describe what you have on screen.
OR if you know anyone who is PC competent who may be able to do it for you free as they may have the know-how and the software needed.

Good luck sweetheart xx
All the above advice from the good folks is great advice, so try that first, but if the virus has penetrated your windows registry/hard drive and is sitting hidden behind some files, it may be somewhat more complicated to eliminate the virus completely.
Question Author
just got the options up now is it start up repair or windows complete pc restore or just system restore
Question Author
too late just done system restore, oh and when im here, how do u get rid of cookies
Question Author
what is debugging mode??
To be honest, I think cookies are the least of your worries.

Do you now have the PC in a usable state?
Question Author
no thought i had done it but soon as i went to go online it was back
You could try going into debugging mode. It disables some drivers so you can sort out minor problems.
