I have just reclaimed 'run' it was missing (Windows 7)
what do I put in to access all the stuff on the HDD

Don't do it like that for gawd sake!

If you want to remove things only remove them from either programs and features in the control panel or remove things from your user folder. Removing anything else without knowing what you are doing is very risky.
