If you reguarly use your hotmail account from home and your email address automatically appears at sign in,why does it disappear sometimes?

One suggestion is spyware, which may remove the cookie that remembers your name.

Sorry, what I meant was....spyware removal software. If you use this, it may remove the cookie in question.
