hi everyone

my computer has a huge problem with errors. whenever I start my computer the scan disk opens up and if I want to let it fill and fix the error, after half the way to the end it freezes and I can't fix this problem which cuases my desktop and programs change instantly. I am wondering if any one can help me to fix this problem. thankyou
