What is the easiest way to save a you tube video clip to my laptop please.

Youtube Downloader http://www.downloadtoolz.com/youtube/ is a free program amongst numerous.

If you are using Firefox then may I suggest you get (if you don't already have them) the add-ons Greasefire https://addons.mozill...US/firefox/addon/8352 and Greasemonkey https://addons.mozill...-US/firefox/addon/748

These let you to include numerous user-defined scripts including some which let you download Youtube videos, and there are lots of others which have been created to enhance other websites.

You're welcome - hope it was of some use becuase that program was the only free one that I have installed.

http://www.giveawayoftheday.com/ is a website which legitimately gives away free software that would otherwise have to be paid for (although you wouldn't consider paying anything for some of it because it's poor quality), and better video downloaders crop up regularly there.
