I have a BT home hub, and the power, broadband and wi-fi status lights are on constant green, but my connection via my laptop is failing and quickly resetting about twice a minute both with and without the ethernet cable plugged in, but more so when ran through the wi-fi. Any ideas?

if all the lights are on OK on the router than your connection is not dropping to the internet, the computers connection to the router has a problem

But....

If it's not working on the Ethernet cable then something is very wrong, are you sure it's actually using the cable to connect when you plug it in (do you still get a connection when your wireless is turned off?)

Yes I've disabled my wireless and it's running solely on the ethernet cable. It seems to lose connection for about 10 seconds and then reconnect, but when ran through the wireless, it does it more often than through the ethernet cable. It's started happening spontaneously in the last 24 hours. Aside from testing my internet connection and reading about my hub, I'm not sure what else I can do to find out what the issue is.
