my laptop quite frequently has the dreaded blue screen of death show up! does anybody know how to fix it please??

Blue screen of death is sometimes linked to the video card.

no it was pressing an F key what did it.....

the BSD also has a lot of white writing on it, next time it does it make a note of it, it really helps.

It's normally a driver problem or a RAM problem, but the actual text in the BSD helps to narrow down which.
