Without any prompting from me, when I now open new dox on MS Word, the cursor appears at the very top of the page, despite there supposedly being a 2.54cm margin! What is it doing now - anybody know?

check your page setup & margins etc.....Under File

Checked all that. Have changed margins to see if that helped. No! Am lost to know what to do!
