Rotate video htrough 90 deg.?

I took a video clip in what might be called "portrait" orientation, but now want to place it into a Windows Movie Maker file where it needs to be in rotated 90 deg so as to be "Landscape". Simple to do with a photo, but can't seem to find a way to do with video. Any help, as usual, gratefully received. Thanks.

Thanks for that. Meanwhile, I had come across DVD Video Soft Free Studio - not sure if it's exactly the same result as the one you suggested.
