i had to install windows live messenger to see my mates webcam but i cant get used to this new one so i want to remove 8it and use the old version which is much more simpler and my friends are back in that box and says who is online and off line but when i try to remove it there is no windows live messenger in add or remove programmes . i have windows live essentials , windows live sign in and windows live update tool so how do i remove it ????

THE PERSON

Delete \Program Files\Windows Live\Messenger
The old version should still be installed on your PC
just look in the start menu or google windows messenger 7 setup (7 was latest before Live)
