vanishing postings

Can anyone explain why on several occasionns my answers on answer bank have vanished after being submitted and on one occasion all answers of the evening were wiped out. Would like an explanation please

Yes. This site is not perfect - it has lots of technical faults.

When your post doesn't go through, you click post again, and it still doesn't go through, so you do it again....

Do it enough and you are automatically banned for overposting, all your posts disappear and you can't sign in.

Within a day or two, hopefully, the error is realised and you are reinstated.,

There is nothing you can do your end, it is down to bad webpage design and writing.

Most of us create a second AnswerBank username using a different email address for this reason.

You could simply add a 2 to the end of your existing username, for example, and use the same password for convenience.
