The last ten mins of my Movie that i burned with shrink starts to freeze up and mess up. Just started a month ago. i think its my software??? is it my software?

Try uninstalling the software, then re-installing. Could be a dodgy pack of disks, could be your DVD writer.

I've had problems with it in the past - usually one of these three is the culprit.
