Real Player fault

Can anyone help please?
When I try to scroll down my downloads on RealPlayer, I get a window pop up with the following message.
Windows - No Disk
Exception processing message c0000013
Parameters 75b6bf7c 75b6bf7c 75b6bf7c
Cancel Try again Continue
When I click on either of these three, there is a 'clonk' sound, and the window still remains.
I can only get rid of this window if I first close down Real Player.
