I am using Vista ultimate and if I try to use 'help' I get the message that this is no longer part of package but can be obtained via microsoft site.
when I go to this centre there is all sorts of information about the whys and wherefores but the only thing I can find to actually download is not called WinHelp32.exe (but standalone installer) and I downloaded it any way but if I try to open/install this I get a message "update does not apply to this system"
Can anyone help please I would be very grateful thanks

The asterisks above have been censored by Answerbank because they contain the string Y I D

Replace them with the word F A M I L Y I D (with no spaces)

Click on the link above and your browser opens.

In the "address" area at the top of the browser overtype the asterisks with the text I put above.

Then press enter again.
