Kodak 5300 AiO Printer

Paper feed going funny! One sheet goes part way through then stops. After raising and lowering the top, the paper starts to feed through and then goes back. Photo type paper goes through ok. Recently done a firmware upgrade and print head 'deep clean' as advised by Kodak Any suggestions received with gratitude. Thanks folks
