I am pleased to tell you all that, after a lot of canvassing on my part, I have been appointed as head of the AB Monitoring Panel.

With immediate effect, I will have the ultimate say with regard to who is banned, and which threads are removed.

Any "reports" will be referred to me.

If a report is made, and I find that it is not necessary to remove the thread, then the person who made the report will be deemed to be a "vexatious reporter" and will be suspended for one week. In the event of any further frivolous reports, the "vexatious reporter" will themselves be permanently banned.

Furthermore, all reports must now be accompanied by a �10 admin fee, payable by PayPal.
