Hi All

My printer status says Error offline

I dont know how this happened but its preventing me from printing. Anyone know how to correct this?

If your printer worked properly before, try turning it off, leaving it for a minute and then turning it back on. This often works.

if that doesn't work, disconnect printer reset computer and reconnect printer

ChuckFickens: thanks, but how do I reset the computer, do I have to go the control panel?

Go into printer and check to see if you need to cancel any work thats not been printed.Pull usb lead outta printer switch off then back on and it shopuld reset.
Unless its goosed.

Dr Legend - Thanks I will try this when I get home. Ps there were a few jobs that I cancelled but one of them just said deleting but was taking a long time so I gave up and shut everything down, i will try it again later
