Just received my Toshiba Satellite back from PC Worlds repair unit,Original motherboard replaced but now several letters wont print.Any ideas please?

keyboard not plugged in correctly - nothing you can do
(do you by any chance have an external keyboard you could use to compare results) - it's possible that the new mobo is faulty ... but more likely the ribbon cable wasn't seated into the connector securely

sounds like it's back to the shoppe
you'd like to think they would check simple stuff like that wouldn't you....
