You need to press the PrtScr key (up top, rightish side of lappie), usually to the right of the F12 key... and in order to dump said contents of screen.. open Word then press either the paste button or Ctrl + V....
If you just want the current open window rather than the whole screen, hold down 'Alt' while pressing 'PrtScn'.

Hi guys have trie that i've pressed prt screen it shares a key with 'insert' while pressing down both alt buttons (not as same time) i've tried it like without pressing alt it won't paste anything into the document k(now this is silly its office 07 i'm using , nothinng to do with that is it). Thank you. x
Try Ctrl + PrtScr at the same time, then open Word and see if there is anything in your clipboard (the paste button should be highlighted).
Alternatively, try SHIFT and PrtScr (then CTRL-V to paste). That works on my PC.

Thanks guys for all your help have tried all the moves and still nae joy. I give up lol:( x
It is on the right-top of ur keyboard, beside the "F10" button. Maybe named "Pr Scrn".

If u wanna capture anything on the screen, i think the print screen button couldnot help u, press this button, u only get the full screen capture. So i recommend u try PCHand Screen Caputre. It could help u capture anything. Im using it, it is easy to use, even for a novice. I think it is pretty good. Hope it could help.
